In my opinion ctos can't be more than a 800 million company. For a company that was established in 1990, those in Malaysia that require those services already have access. And since the database itself does not belong to ctos, I see no value in overvaluing then this high.

listing of the new shares in early March 2022, CTOS Digital’s issued share capital would
enlarge from 2.20 billion shares to 2.31 billion shares.
The issue price per share of RM1.58 represents a 6.5% discount to 5-day volume weighted
average price (VWAP) up to and including 21 February 2022, being the market day
immediately prior to the price fixing date.
Following the strong demand for this placement, private equity firm Creador, via Inodes Ltd,
placed 185 million shares it owns in CTOS Digital at the same price of RM1.58, its first
placement since the Company’s initial public offering (IPO) in July last year. This pares Inodes’
shareholding in CTOS Digital from 40.0% to 30.1% post issuance of the primary placement.

Since the private placement is completed, in my opinion, RM1.62 is very attractive entry price.

And they keep play the market on them own. Buy big amount (50k, 40k, 30k, 20k) all at 1.62 till it went to bid and then dumped all bigger amount (100k, 50k) to 1.61 all at once push it down to 1.60 and continue dump 100k, 50k.

Sapu all 1.56 300k shares & then pop out another 400k shares at 1.56. - 1st attempt
Sapu again all 300k, then pop out another 400k at 1.56. - 2nd attempt
After that, dumping 600k at 1.55 -> 300k at 1.54 -> 300k at 1.53. = 1200k shares dumped.
Wonder who has so much shares to hold tat particular price....
and who else has so many shares dumped sekaligus to push the price down 3 cent in few seconds.
Purposely do that to scare & shake ikan bilis out?
