(a) Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. (“Fabulous Sunview”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in collaboration with JAKS Solar Power Sdn. Bhd. and Ann Joo Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. has been selected in a competitive bidding exercise under CGPP conducted by the Energy Commission (“EC”) for the development of 29.99 megawatt (“MWac") solar power plant; and

(b) Solarcity REIT Sdn. Bhd. (“Solarcity REIT”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been selected in a competitive bidding exercise under CGPP conducted by the EC for the development of 29.99 MWac solar power plant，

(collectively the development of 29.99 MWac as stated in (a) and (b) referred to as “the Projects”).

Please refer to the attachment for further details of the Projects.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the Projects, if any.

This announcement is dated 8 August 2023.

Compare to Slvest qr, Slvest perform better. Sunview June vs March qr, perform badly interm of net profit. This means the share will be perform badly the next few days.

Renewable energy player Sunview Group Bhd has planned a private placement to raise an estimated RM39.31 million to fund its engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning projects.
