The cooperation from rakyat has been very good! But there's still around 10% who refuse to cooperate! But this section quickly toe the line with army help!
So we may see end of lockdown as expected!
However, need to look at number of new cases! If below 100 a day, then we are okay! Single digit is what we are looking for! So let's see how things go for the next 7 days!

Contrary what is happening in Indonesia where large number continue to defy government instructions! Churches and mosques continue defy warning from government! So don't be surprise to see massive infection cases over there!

Indonesia

Lesson: When you do not do enough tests, the number of infected cases are low, but this is disproportionate to the number of deaths from the same infection.


Malaysia

Lesson: The flattening of the curve the last few days is a relief to many. Many in the social media are asking how many tests were done each day. If not many tests were done, you may not pick up the big rises that are already in the community. So, the difference between the trajectory of Italy and that of Malaysia maybe interpreted with caution:
1. Malaysia has managed to curtail the rise of Covid-19 cases (flattening the curve).
2. Malaysia did not do as many tests compared to Italy and the number of new cases did not reflect the true rise in the number of new cases.

stop them from coming can already, why bother so much, their population is the 3rd largest in the world, can afford to lose. may be its good for us. dont say i am inhumane, its just realistic.

Well, all fingers point to Sri Petaling Taligh gathering! 700 out of 1k infected came form Sri Petaling event! This 14 days prove to curb the spread as movement of those infected are contained! Basically we will see drastic drop of infected if all Sri Petaling infected are identify! For outside cases, the number seems to be small! Let's hope this is true!

I think the curve was already flattened long ago with slow testing.

If the 1600+ who are sick to be tested at once, there is no way it is a flattened curve. It should be a much more serious curve than Italy.

Since the Health Minister just announced they will do many testings from now on, you should see a surge in +ve cases in the coming days.

Laycee! You are right! The lack of testing may still hide plenty of infected! So the real game is to quickly tested all suspect like what South Korea has done!
As of Italy, gone case! There's no way to curb it now! In short, Italy has fail!

As expected, we see a surge in confirmed case today.

But virus doesn't look at curve.

Delaying an explosion of curve will only invite more new cases, as rakyat was not afraid and did not exercise caution as they didn't see an explosion.
