It's time to accept that can't contain Covid! Omicron will dominate very soon in Malaysia!
After completion of 3rd jab, there should not be 4th jab! Instead resources should be focus on treating those infected with anti viral!
At this point, it is more cost effective to treat infected that vaccinating the whole population! So let this 3rd jab be the last!

How about promoting prophylaxis now ?

Prophylaxis = preventive treatment like taking vit d, zinc, fish liver oil, exposure to sunshine etc.

Ahbah! I think those above 60 should be taking more supplement like what you said! For general health! Of course since we are in Covid pandemic, taking supplements is crucial!
