Shares arising from the consolidation of every 5 existing ordinary shares into 1 ordinary share in Talam Transform Berhad after 5 p.m. on 5 February 2025 ("Share Consolidation"). The consolidated shares were listed and quoted on 6 February 2025. (1) Direct interest in 90,039 ordinary shares of Talam Transform Berhad which were consolidated by 72,032 ordinary shares into 18,007 ordinary shares. (2) Indirect interest in 28,125 ordinary shares of Talam Transform Berhad held through her spouse, Chin Chee Meng which were consolidated by 72,032 ordinary shares into 18,007 ordinary shares.
