Shares arising from the consolidation of every 5 existing ordinary shares into 1 ordinary share in Talam Transform Berhad ("TTB") after 5 p.m. on 5 February 2025 ("Share Consolidation"). The consolidated shares were listed and quoted on 6 February 2025. Deemed interest in:- (1) 1,008,310,839 ordinary shares ("OS") of TTB through his mother, Puan Sri Datin Thong Nyok Choo which were consolidated by 806,648,672 into 201,662,167 OS. (2) 3,259,950 OS of TTB through his sister, Chan Siu Wei which were consolidated by 2,607,960 OS into 651,990 OS. (3) 21,000,404 OS of TTB held by Pengurusan Projek Bersistem Sdn Bhd which were consolidated by 16,800,324 OS into 4,200,080 OS. (4) 3,900,273 OS of TTB held by Sze Choon Holdings Sdn Bhd which were consolidated by 3,120,219 OS into 780,054 OS. (5) 230,000,000 OS of TTB held by Jejak Progresif Sdn Bhd which were consolidated by 184,000,000 OS into 46,000,000 OS.
