i. a proposed variation to the terms of the sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") dated 24 February 2021, entered into between Kanger Ventures Sdn Bhd ("Kanger Ventures") (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kanger) and Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd) ("AKDSB" or the "Developer") for the acquisition of 126 units of proposed serviced apartments located on the 30th to 45th floors of Tower A, Antara, Genting Highlands, sited on a piece of freehold land held under Title No. GRN 45572, Lot 43031, Mukim and District of Bentong, Pahang Darul Makmur ("Subject Properties") ("Proposed Variation"); and
ii. a reduction of the issued share capital of Kanger pursuant to Section 116 of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Act") ("Proposed Capital Reduction").
The Proposed Variation and Proposed Capital Reduction are collectively referred to as the "Proposals".
Further details of the Proposals are set out in the attachment enclosed.

Developer Aset Kayamas thankful to Kanger directors to sign up for 126 units 2,3 years ago, helping developer to boost their accounting book during covid period.
Developer Aset Kayamas now also thankful to Kanger directors for releasing 53 units back to them to sell at higher market price
Both Aset Kayamas and Kanger directors must be very happy with above transactions
Just the retail investors like MZM are fuming

Something fishy about Kanger purchase of Asset Kayamas condo _Antara Genting. 153 unit for about 145m rgt paid by Kanger. The money was from right issue money 4 years ago. There was cash 150m , than it was gone. Now is it true that Kanger has not enough money? Money already paid previosly. Auditor or MACC can reveal the facts
