Don't worry, always look at the fact n figure.
1) Klang Valley population is increased everyday, so DUKE and SPE highway usage will only be increase.
2) Highway concession is cash cow business, following the completion of SPE (DUKE 3), there is no more cost need to incurred for the highway (except the routine maintenance cost). So the cash flow will only getting better n better (unless there is another round of MCO).
3) RTS between Johor & Singpore sure will be the next most eye catching infrastructure project. Ekovest is so fortunate to be able to secure this project (thanks to its good relation with Johor Royal Family). With more n more project and infrastructure to be invested in Johor, Ekovest & IWCITY sure will be benefited from the rise of JOHOR.
4) Compare to other property counter or construction counter, EKOVEST is really undervalue as its share price has no move, while other has gone up 100-200%. So, this counter only have 1 way to go, which is go up.

Very soon, once the petrol subsidy has removed, you will see more people using DUKE n SPE highway. Previously these group of people feel that the toll fare too expensive, so they rather spend more time using other road. But with the increase in petrol & diesel price, now these group of people need to recalculate their cost, and they will find out paying toll can save more on petrol.

This is because internally cash flow very bad. Could not pay staff salary, their projects all got problem, quality and delivery issue. Their Duke2a project could not get green light from gov. Previously when Tan Sri KC handle, company well managed, after that when botak and son took over no business ethics at all.

If based on forward eps 4 x 10 pe ( most optimistic ), the fair value only 0.40 ....... now 0.495 consider overvalue....... think about that .......

Standby cash, prepare for this three scenario:-
1) Proposal extend again, share price may drop to 40sen. (Action: Accumulate slowly, batches by batches)
2) Proposal terminated, share price may drop to 33sen (Action: Revisit own portfolio, see which one can be take profit or cut loss, sell it and buy into Ekovest).
3) Proposal executed, limit up immediately or climb to 80sen within a week. (Action: Monitor closely, sell some (20-30%) when peak, buy back some when T+2 drop back. Major share (70%) hold tight tight till next year when DUKE announce listing.
