Results actually look ok. I think the toll collections beat expectations. Finance interest cost drag have to be settled by selling toll asap. SPE is doing well. Sell Duke 1 & 2 wil turn this whole thing around. Even we know u think LKH doesnt know. We shall see what comes next

"Ekovest Bhd was the most actively traded stock at Monday's market break, with 119.88 million shares changing hands. It climbed six sen or 13% to 51.5 sen a share, giving it a market capitalisation of RM1.39 billion.
Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd (IWCity), on the other hand, rose eight sen or 13.4% to 67.5 sen, with 90.47 million shares traded, being the second most actively traded across Bursa Securities."

How large is JS-SEZ? Very sure Ekovest & IWCity will be very much involved?
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 18): Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) will cover an area governed by six local authorities in Iskandar Malaysia and Pengerang, according to the Ministry of Finance.
The sites in southern Johor proposed by the state government would span an area about five times larger than Singapore, the ministry said in the 2025 Economic Outlook report. At over 3,500 square kilometres, the zone would stretch from Kulai and part of Pontian to Pengerang.
“The development priority of the JS-SEZ in these areas will be guided, among others by the availability of land and infrastructure,” the report said.

The deal of the JS-SEZ was basically to fix the elephant they have created (the vacant apartments) The tax benefit was basically to try and get buyers to buy into these apartments.

It was basically for Country Garden Forest City, not for half of Johor! We will see come 9/12. They built a beautiful city but nobody wants to live there, so they created this SEZ idea. Google Forest City and you will know it is a disaster. Beautiful place but deserted!

Accumulate on dip as usual, do not SPC (Speculate, Punt, Contra).
Aside, HSR is a no-rush thing. It costs a lot to the investors, huge capital and thus this deal will affect their companies' cash flow... As the cost is higher and higher (inflation and raw mat prices go higher as it goes along, cost more and higher), and ROI is slow (take longer time to cover back capital and gain), and the RTS ticket price will be a big challenge, maintenance cost.. hmmmm However, as long as HSR deal is not sealed, there are rooms for syndicates and big players to give hope to the market and therefore investors and contra players/market players will be actively chasing the stocks (push up/down) to generate handsome trading volumes (anytime), so who will win and who will loss, it is depends on their own investment and trading strategies and their lucks. my2c. 你要知道，高速公路都是30年-50年的concession,如果你把这50亿债务分摊30年来看，平均一年也不到RM2亿。
Ekovest目前需要解决的问题是快快把Kesturi (Duke 1 & 2) 上市，随便筹个30亿，这样就可以大大减少债务利息的问题了。接下来就可以专注DukePhase2A,这个计划已经在政府的审批阶段了。
要知道， 债务会慢慢减少，而大路收费是会慢慢提升的 （流量 x 收费） ，就像现在的 LDP， SPRINT， PLUS highway, 每年源源不竭的现金流。

正确的！一旦 SJ-SEZ 协议于 12 月 9 日签署，Ekovest 可以为 Duke 1 和 2 设立 Ekovest 基础设施商业信托，例如 Prolintas 基础设施商业信托（须经 EPF 批准），而不是直接出售，并开发其位于 1000 英亩的土地储备。在SJ-经济特区？
