Very fact that Tsh BOD has gone to Singapore to do a dual listing shows they have nothing to hide as Singapore laws are the most stringent on earth

As for Research houses and IB banks they cannot be trusted as they gang up, issued too many Palm oil call warrants to bet against palm oil

TSH had already won over the land issue and is settled.It is expected to contribute back to the volume of output. Dont be mislead by media twisted words.All the information is in the quarterly report.
Infact Nov outout already increased by 20% compared to Sep.
Take note the current quarter price is from July to Sep when cpo price is still below 4k.
Can expect Dec output to be better with higher cpo price.
So next qtr can safely estimate profit above 60 m.
Minimum 2.5 sen or higher dividend expected as 4th qtr always got dividend.

There is a time line for successful investing

In May 2019

Inno has Rm20 millions loan
But Inno has zero assets

Jtiasa has about Rm1 billions loan but it has 30% to 40% assets while 60% are "rented" lands

For Tsh in May 2019 it has a huge Rm1.46 Billions loan
All because Tsh bought those vast palm oil estates over 190,000 acres (bigger than Singapore landsize 180,000 acres

And fast forward years later

Inno fully paid off its loans (borrowed to plant palm oil not buy lands because all the lands are owned by Sabah Govt

As a result Inno first emerged with free cash flow with copious dividends which attracted Fong Siling aka Cold Eye to buy until he emerged in Top 30

After that Jtiasa also cleared its debts and started paying good dividends

Fong Siling bought 5 million Jtiasa shares in 2021; then he added until 10 millions Jtiasa shares and finally he got 12 million Jtiasa shares

Mr Market then sat up took notice and chased Jtiasa from 63 sen to Rm1.12

Now finally Tsh also cleared its huge debts of Rm1.46 Billions
Like Inno and Jtiasa --- Tsh is giving us a total of 5 sen dividend and more will come

So better buy before Cold Eye also appears in Top 30 of Tsh

By then too late to buy cheap like now

You can be sure no genuine investors have been selling at Rm1.15 or Rm1.16

All the sellings were done by "Ib banks" to SUPPRESS TSH SHARES

MAIN PURPOSE AND INTENT IS TO CAUSE TSH C8 AND TSH C9 TO BE "PULLED DOWN"

DO TAKE THIS LAST WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY TO PICK UP TSH BELOW RM1.20
