INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING OF 11,750,000 ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH (“SHARE(S)”) IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR LISTING ON THE SECOND BOARD OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD COMPRISING:
(I) PUBLIC ISSUE OF 7,862,400 NEW SHARES ALLOCATED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER:
• 3,000,000 SHARES MADE AVAILABLE FOR APPLICATION BY MALAYSIAN PUBLIC;
• 4,862,400 SHARES MADE AVAILABLE FOR APPLICATION BY ELIGIBLE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES OF VOIR HOLDINGS BERHAD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES;

From 0.09 to 0.235, up 161%. The Director starts selling at 0.199 (1,000,000 units). Will it continue to fly ???? Last Friday closed at 0.190. Seem likes the momentum turn weak....A lot of investors are buying at 0.19 (POC - 0.19), can the share price sustain ? the next few trading days will give the answer!!!
