Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 1 March 2024, the additional announcement dated 14 March 2024, the additional announcement dated 20 March 2024, the additional announcement dated 27 March 2024 and the announcement dated 3 May 2024 shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has on 12 June 2024 fixed the issue price of the second tranche of the Placement Shares at RM0.1450 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement (“Price-Fixing Date”).
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.1450 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0160 or 9.94% from the 5D-VWAMP of JAKS Shares from 5 June 2024 to 11 June 2024, being the market day immediately preceding to the Price-Fixing Date of approximately RM0.1610 per JAKS Share.
This announcement is dated 12 June 2024.

Two i3 forumers Felix1510 aka LimPek1510 and ks55 aka GmChen die, 19 survive in Genting Highlands bus accident.
PETALING JAYA: A tour bus carrying 21 people overturned while descending from Genting Highlands on Saturday morning, resulting in the deaths of two i3 investment forumers ..the person by the name of Felix888999 aka LimPek1510 and ks55 aka GmChenKFatt on board.
The Bentong Fire and Rescue Department confirmed the 11am Sunday (June 30) accident and is currently conducting rescue operations.
Pahang Fire and Rescue Department director Datuk Dr Mikecyc aka Johnchew5 said both male victims suffered head injuries.
"Their bodies were sent to Bentong Hospital, Pahang,” he said when contacted.
