ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS EXPIRING ON 24 JANUARY 2025 OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA") ("GAMUDA-C2J") PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 2,978,945,287 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING SHARE HELD IN GAMUDA AS AT 5:00 P.M. ON 20 DECEMBER 2024

The company has three core business divisions: engineering and construction, property development, and infrastructure concessions (approximately half of total revenue). Concessions granted from government authorities pertain to operating highways and water management. Gamuda operates highway tolls and works to minimize traffic congestion. As a water provider, it utilizes a multistep process to supply fresh clean water.

How to be entitled
To be entitled for any of the above, you need to purchase the shares one trading day before the ex-Date. You will not be entitled for the above if you purchase the shares on or after the ex-Date.

On ex-Date, the price will be adjusted to reflect the theoretical market price of the stock after the entitlement. You can sell the shares on / after ex-Date and still be entitled to the corporate exercise. The key is to purchase the shares before ex-Date.
