Some of the points highlighted in the above.

1 April 2015, VS Industry announced that it planned to issue around 10% shares via private placement. I would say this is a good move as if it raised them at a good (high) price, would be beneficial to the company. If however, it was issued at below what its value should be, then a bad move. 10% comes to about 20 million shares.

That private placement was completed sometime around June 2015 with 20.58 million shares issued (as below Table 2). (It was issued at RM3.83. Recently, the stock was split into 5 shares hence the placement by today's price should be RM0.69. At its latest trading price of RM1.55, the buyer should stand to earn a handsome 1.25x. Not bad but to sell some 10% or more assuming the largest shareholders would like to sell as well is not an easy task. It will need small shareholders to believe in the stock.)

Many people are wondering why I am buying Xingquan almost every day because the company did not give out much dividend and most investors do not believe its audited accounts. I shall write another article about this shortly.

Do you expect Mr KYY to just hold his shares and never sell?
Did he ever force you to buy his shares?
Did you do your homework before buying his shares?
Are the companies he recommended are indeed good companies?
If you want to buy shares, there must be sellers. I don't see anything wrong if you buy from Mr KYY.

You make your own decision.
You take your own risk.
This is stock market where you earn by taking your own risk.
Not donation club.

Fact is I just bought one of his shares. Well, I bought before I found out he also had it in his portfolio.

Ah Koon reminder to his stupid idiot critics

I foresee there will be the usual few stupid critics who will say some rubbish to annoy me. In fact, my wife and a sincere friend, my confidant advised me not to post any more articles about my investment prowess. But I believe my articles will benefit many more people than the few critics. My advice to those critics is that they must look at the mirror and ask themselves why they are still so poor.

Investment should be depends on independent thinking and own analysis. For those that rely on others TIPS to buy share you might end up wounded badly. However, you got no one to blame but yourself. If Koon Koon is so noble like he said, why don't he just write good analysis report like Icon or teach investment skill like KC instead of just writing article to promote share. It is always better to teach a man how to fish than give them a fish.

I don't own VS but I believe the price fall was justified. Just for sharing purposes. At the end of December, VS traded at RM 1.57 and the new warrants came into effect. At RM 1.57, VS had a basic market cap of RM 1,811.3 million based on basic weighted average number of shares outstanding of 1,153.7 million in latest QR.

If what Mr. Koon said is true, and VS still has much upside, then market will price in the diluted effect of warrants. So, a 1-4 dilution should cause approximately 4/5 or 20% drop in price to see VS trading at RM 1.26. Of course... market overreacted and anyone who get in lower than this price is a bargain deal. I don't consider the cash call from warrant exercise yet because it is still out-of-money due to investor's prudence. Investors won't convert warrants at this price, but they might have already priced in the dilutive effect should they become in-the-money; hence VS valuation will include dilutive effect, but not the cash it gets from conversion.

I find it mind-boggling that there are numerous of you who continue to bash KYY.

KYY does NOT promote any stock. He is merely sharing.

Had those sore-loser critics bought VS last year, they would have made a lot of money. Instead of learning from the missed opportunity and gem of investment knowledge shared, they continue to be sore-losers. And will remain so for the foreseeable future.

We must realize KYY is the richest among us, holding more than 10 million shares, far more than all of us, small investors. KYY has no intention to be in the Board of Director, nor to be in high managemet post. So his intention is to buy low and then sale high i.e. make money. he has been doing that. But not like us, we can sell easily with small volume at desired price. But not for him. He needs you to buy lah.

I swear on my mother's grave, I do not write to recommend any share for readers to buy so that I can sell. Currently I am buying VS through Ooi Teik Bee and Allan Yeoh of Kenanaga. Allan is my remiser who many me supper rick. I am a man of honour and I do cheat little poor investors. If you look at yesterday trading you would notice that there were more than one million shares for sale and always about 300,000 buyers. I am puzzled. Why would any seller placed out so many shares to sell? Any smart seller would place out little at a time. Ooi teik said the seller want you to sell so that he can buy VS cheatly. That is why I am buying. UNISEM and MPI have report excellent result and I expect VS will also report similar if not better result. Remember VS reported EPS of 5.22 sen for its 1st quarter and with increased revenue. VS is the largest computer chips manufacturer in Malaysia and one of the top 30 manufacturers in the world. Remember all the smart people are reading your stupid comments. If you have smart to write, don't write and no one knows that you are dumb.

Thank you Mr. Koon for the VS tip. I must say I have made 3/4 mil just on VS in 2015. I have recently bought 400K @ 1.25 and I am holding 1 m in total. Hopefully it will reach 2.0 by year end or sooner. This is a democratic world and everybody excel at their own pace. Don't get to upset. Thanks again for the great tip.
