We should be looking at its core business to assess its growth. Other things are secondary.

Its Core Business Are 4 parts just like you have 2 hands & 2 legs!

1) Pm Corp is in consumer food (smallest part)
2) Money lending
3) Investment in Properties
4) Investment in Securities

Investment in Shares.
Investment in Cash (Fixed Deposit) for 5 years already!

What is the Core Business of Power Money Corp?


Real Estate

In Shah Alam Pm Corp bought a 6 acre land for Rm17 millions in year 2009. Current price is over Rm50 millions. If sold a nice Rm33 millions profit!

Then there is warehouse in HK & Prime Penthouse in Spore. If sold? With Strong HK & Sing Dollar - higher profits loh!

It has factories in Penang, Shah Alam & Iskadar also.

Then there is Rm188 millions Invested in Securities - listed & unlisted

And money lending?

Then you have consumer goods (FMCG). This one needs little R & D. So the bulk of CASH can be given back to shareholders.

Now NTA should be 52 cts. But since 8 cts given as Cash pay out. NTA is now 44 cts.

44 cts?

If you can SEE. The 44 cts in NTA could also be liquidated as CASH and given back to shareholders.

If PM CORP (POWER MONEY CORP) Decides to give all 44 cts as CASH?

Then all Pm Corp shareholders KAYA LEOW!!
