aka judgements. To be in the present at all times, to see things as they truly are, to make proper and accurate judgement.....calmness, meditations, happiness...it helps.

at the beginning levels, people suffer from half pail water, like the young monk, for others, they suffer from running fire , or too obsessive.....

but if you are at the level of the old monk, you are enlightened, Buddha nature.


pre frontal cortex, modern science has confirmed that prefrontal cortex of regular meditators are more advanced than normal.
