CCP already brain wash the people of China, that's the reason they are obedient to follow the system, with mass surveillance to keep peace & order. One wrong move, or against the system, the person will go missing (sent to the re educational camp) but not in Hong Kong, People of Hong Kong are rebellious, yet to accept the CCP system. Slowly but surely , Hong Kong need to accept the CCP system.
China Economic data not so reliable the world knows it especially the their shadow banking system, , always show very positive,to be good to be true due to some manipulation...so they dont spook the market.

While it's true chinese China are brainwashed by Ccp, the thing is they have nothing much to grumble since Ccp has done great so far!
If Ccp becomes imcompetent and China economy start to drop giving majority a hard time, only then unrest will happen!
But then again, compare to US, China is now in strong position! It's economy remain solid! China successfully manage the pandemic! And chinese China can see for themselves as they are free to travel how China is actually superior even compare to US in many sectors!

I mean, tell me, what's so great about US now! It's infrastructure are total joke! Can't even build a decent rail! Roads are awful! US airports are so bad, even our KLIA looks like future airport!
If not for tariff on China, US economy would already tank long time ago! Can't even manage it's own borders!
Can't even manage the internal chaos! Americans can't even walk outside their homes, since chances of getting rape, shoot, bash and so forth are so high!
While for China, you can go from one end of China to another using HSRs! You want to drive, the roads are among the best in the world!

There are so many pressing issues in the world but KYY always wants to discuss US-China issues. It is not difficult to see that his ethnic feelings are seeping into his discussions. It is possible that he is affected by what is happening to his favoured country..but those who follow the news closely will know that it has brought these circumstances upon itself..and unfortunately,it looks like there is no turning back.

Personally I see this country is harming itself more through its style of diplomacy. Instead of offering sympathy and help for people affected by the pandemic that originated from within that country, it ridiculed and boosted that its system was superior to that of others. Everybody saw it bully another country for just saying that the spread of the pandemic should be investigated. After agreeing to a 2 minute intro for their talks, its rep spoke on unrelated matters, some of which that happened in the last century, for about 10 minutes. If it does not like to relate trade to human rights, it could have just so said firmly and walked out of the meeting. Why all the fuss? There are a lot more that has happened ..that people will not forget easily.. The botton line is it has done itself a lot of damage that wll take a long time to undo..Its people will pay the price..unfortunately

China no longer bow to US! China wants US to acknowledge that China is No.1!
Things will play out on long term! But i won't bet on US! US is crumbling! And it refuse to accept this new reality!
As for China, yes, very strong! Can bully others! Can claim SCS! Change history as it goes!
Here's the thing, Asean is very weak! Like EU depends on US! Even if all Asean gang up, they are not even worth to compete with China!
So how! The only thing Malaysia can do is to play safe! We can't do much!
