Surewin11, sometimes we cant do the best decision and the price movement not 100% follow our expectation, so we will fall into the trap to freeze or lose our capital but we have to know how to escape from the trap and keep moving on. The skill and capital can cover all the risk. This not mean we not do any homework to invest, we do our part but we will fall into trap too, as what i say sharemarket is ever-changing.

For example , got A and B student learn the same knowledge, both also choose the same 5 counters will fly, but they only can choose one of them, so they choose the diff counter, finally 5 counter price also fly, A student counter fly 20% but B student counter fly 60% in one week , you can say the A student is not smart becose the profit is less than B student? Just my view;
During 3Q-4Q 2020
Shares were trading all time high (Avg) 45c from low of 10-15c..
Note: There has been multiple changes in the company (acquisition etc) and business development into e-sports. Last Q2020 had lower losses compared to earlier Q's.
During Q1-2021
Shares went to all time high of 70c (before share split and Wa issuance)
So, assuming you have bought at 25c (low peak time last 3Q last year), and still maintain the same shareholding, you will now have 2Shares+1 Wa at price of 20c (based on 10c per share) + 4 c for Wa = 24c (Note; you are already losing on the Wa share because it is 16c to convert [exercise price]). So, you are kind of breakeven stage now. If you are having mother share lower than 25c (before Q4 2020), you are not losing at all.
So, if anyone buy now at 10c, you are going back in time to Sept last year price level, which might be a good bargain for new traders.
I think this stock require holding power. Going back to 40c from current 10c is a question mark, or might not happen at all after all the sell off by the market/traders (loss of confidence/burnt pocket), and it may even go down south to 5c (If not mistaken, NTA is 11c last QR). In the last 6 months, the share price moved twice to all time high. No one knows the future, but looking at the future of E-sports etc, this company might hold a future as long they are committed in their works.

Good afternoon, Ppmaster, do you know the golden rule of share investment？you should not buy more than 10 different stocks at any time. Otherwise you will be very confused....

It is nothing to do with how much capital or deep pocket, or bullet you have, 3m here 5m there. It is how you use your skill and focus to select few counters to maximize profit, unless you employ investment analysts sitting in your office to operate for you.

Th way you buy so many counters at any one time show that you are an inexperienced investor, even though you may have more than 30 years in stock market, don't know how to maximize profit.

Concentration and skills are key to maximize profit, so buy less than 10 stocks at any given time.

Most here are traders (not nice to say gamblers) surely not investors. So they throw when got target profit. So for these few weeks many have rediclued the Lien Hoe gangs. I think that should leave it to the authority to deal with. As traders whose sole aim is to make profit then the Lien Hoe gangs are actually not the matter. At present may be many are condemning these gangs but when those penny-counters are chased up, mau tak mau, they join in to chase too. By that time they have forgotten about the manner the Lien Hoe manipulated the game, especially when made money... surely they will restart the condemnation when they battled...
Conclusion, the goreng of penny stocks will be back no matter what the battled ones say nasty things about them, as long the authority not doing anything. Actually the authority has given them the loophole by relaxing the rule of PP, ESOS, SIS etc..
