CIMB and RHB have been outperforming the banks rally....

...they have one thing in common....they trade below book value.

...CIMB PE is at 13....and RHB PE is 9...

...so, it's obvious that foreign funds are buying banks which have good value...those trading at low PE , low price to book and high dividend.

...for those who are still hunting....don't miss the boat...BUY MBB

....PE 12 times....PB 1.1 times....dividend yield 7-8 %.

@staypositive....I missed the boat on early October...if it's coming back, I will top up some...if not, I just see song song only.
...actually to long term investor, what's important is the business and the dividend (that's the real deal)...not the share price...because it's for see song song only :)
...and for those who are continuing to top up....actually some correction is good...

@tollebunsmith : I checked last night around 2.00am and it was not in yet (woke up to feed hungry baby la) and I guess as much that it will only be updated early morning by brokers as you rightly pointed out. More to satisfy my curiosity than anything else. Glad to note that qty shares added but not affecting the average cost price in portfolio. will top up more when the opportunity arises and right price comes before next dividend comes next year. meanwhile parked some spare funds in IGBREIT while waiting

The bargain is back...yes sifu tolle, 8.10 is attractive...if can lower better :) more reason to top up....waiting to round off my holding to "half a ------- units" ....still short of 64 :p

...my average cost is now 8.006.....don't want to average up the price too much....am waiting....waiting .... :)
