Banks are in the light. US keeps printing green bucks. China fights back by restricting production thereby creating demand and increasing prices. The only way US can overcome this is to increase yields.

Banks are the ONLY beneficiaries when yields are increased.

Buy the banks! You can't go wrong.

I see MBB droped a bit.. why? cos so may analyst told us it was going to hit 9.50... LOL.. it never got off the ground... do not believe the analyst..They say anything and u cant sue them..AND u never see a very successful analyst, cos they dont put t heir money where the mouth is. Just take it as a joke,and if u got money, buy a bit, if it drops, u will lucky u didnt buy too much earlier, and u buy a bit more... like yesterday the one with the female nick wanted to q at 8.07.. sopose she did, she can add more at 8.00 that 1% discount .... see best of both worlds... i usually buy bit by bit at months interval.. next purchase will be in January when my FD expires...if it is cheaper I sapu, else i buy a bit or if is too high, i just dont buy relax.. cos I already got a sufficeient shares relatively. Buy at ur own comfortable amount cos if u try to copy trade, u will suffer cos the guy u are copying might have deep pocket. Remember this rule, investement need time to mature, not overnight.
We small retail investors make 75% of the trades in bursa ( thats what i heard).

What am i saying? price is cheap.. might drop, buy a bit more, if it goes up, u made some capital growth. Real price is 8.28 for us long time holders, just for reference.. cos we will get the dividend of RM0.28 on Oct 21st.

Yes, a good time to buy Maybank. Dont think it will go under RM8 anymore. If it does, it is better for dividend yield.

A RM200k analysis. Assume u have 200k to play around. NA du decided to buy blue chips MBB & PBB at 8.01 and 4.01 today.

We check back after and see who the winner is.. place ur bets.. MBB or PBB... assume 2% for overheads.

will we make money . lose money/ or just wait for dividend next year,, Is it worth it?

Your comments and bets highly appriciated.

ps: assuming PBB goes to 4.00 or we wait a few trading days for 4.01 only.. else this analysis will not be continued. MBB assumed done at 8.01
