Yes always. Often their questions are rather academic but occasionally they are pointed. Perhaps the highlights for MWSG is the brunch/lunch spread lol.

At least they asked about the plan of the 54.2 acres of land in Australia.
The land is bigger compared to the Paramount Utropolis which built on the 21.8 acres of land. It would be interesting when Paramount start the development in the future.

PVI123, can share with us the source that said the Sri KDU Klang will be opened in 2018? At least from http://www.thestar.com.my/business/business-news/2015/09/19/paramounts-education-play/ It says:

"Paramount has plans to set up another Sri KDU facility in Jalan Goh Hock Huat, Klang.
This new school will have a capacity to cater to 1,500 students and is expected to start in 2016."

I'm surprised that sale of its assets can be such bullish news unless Paramount sold it way above its fair value. There would be a future loss of revenue from it.

The book values of the two properties are way below the current market price. They had not been revaluated. From the sales to the private REIT, there will be gains on disposal. That is reason it is a positive development to Paramount.

Wow!!! RM183 million for REAL. I believe most of REAL education outlet/centre are rented. Need more details on the assets and liabilities of Real Education. If not, would seem like over-paying for REAL. Wonder if this will also be parked in the future REIT.

According to Edge Financial Daily 12 January 2017, at page Page 5 Home Business, REAL says their profit after tax last year was about RM15 million. Since it's RM183 million for 66% stake, that would mean about 5.4% return (15*0.66/183). Would have liked it more if it was at least 6%. Hope that the synergy from the business produces a lot of growth.
