国家银行新政策规定，外资保险公司股权架构最少需有30%本地股权，项政策最後期限是今年，为符和大马国家银行政策，新加坡大东方保险已着手进行将马来西亚业务本地化，引进三十巴仙股权最直接的做法是IPO上市。

由於时间迫近，这家低调上市公司开始受到注意，它手上的303万股新加坡大东方保险，就是主要原因，一旦大东方保险在马上市，它肯定是受惠者。

受到这项消息鼓舞，这家公司的股价今日偷步上涨20仙。

If Great Eastern Malaysia is going to use Kuchai as a vehicle for listing in Bursa, then Kuchai shareholders will benefit greatly from this exercise. I think betting on this is a sure win, if you dare to take a risk in joining the game. The cross holding of many Malaysian companies controlled by Lee family, directly or indirectly, is mind boggling. Besides Great Eastern, OCBC Malaysia also needs to be listed sooner or later. UNITED MALACCA was once rumoured to be the vehicle for OCBC listing.
