Yes, pharmaniaga made improved profits in 2021 and pay out 70% as dividend for the benefit of Bstead holdings. Bplant is making multi folds increase of profit too and is expected to pay up very generous dividend too. Watch out for Bplant instead.
QR of boustead will be released together with its subsidiaries/associate or after their release. Dividend policy minimum 70%. This coming QR should come with dividend
The son Bplant is the new star hitting mouth watering 1.xx range from 0.7xx
Seems the laggard market reflection finally fairly priced in? Congrats to those who jumped in and stays long!......do TP accordingly as own plan
The ultimate question still unaswered, what Boustead going to do for longterm......overall the 'conglomerate' still have a big debt @ high gearing to clear....
Value of their shareholding in Bplant(RM1.12), Pharma(RM0.83), Affin(RM1.75) and BHIC(RM0.46) is RM2.89B. No of Bstead shares = 2.026B. Value of these shares = RM1.43 vs Bstead share price at RM0.60.

LTAT’s portfolio is highly concentrated, with 30 per cent and 16 per cent of about RM10 billion of assets under management (AUM) exposed to Boustead Holdings Bhd and its subsidiaries and Affin Bank Bhd, respectively, both of which (Boustead Holdings and Affin Bank) are deemed highly illiquid and not generating as much income as before, according to the fund.
What Nasim said to the press can mean LTAT will dispense off Bstead holding and LTAT will increase assets allocation in fixed income investmen. But how are they going to do it ? One possibility is to privatize Bstead based on share exchange with minorities eg Bplant or Affin share for Bstead share on certain ratio. In this way, there is no cash outlay from LTAT. Once privatized, LTAT has free hand to strip the assets gradually to recover maximum cash for balancing its portfolio. As such, I think privatization plan is not dead and buried. Just my view
