I personally feel we do not need to worry about the counter. A merger of sort is bound to happen, or maybe another corporate exercise. They need additional funding for their land purchase. Just sit back and relax.
They won't buy up the shares if the returns are like u say.. nothing.

everytime the director announce acquire shares, the price up
once stop and no announcement for for further acuire for few days, the shares drop...

Everytime 35 sen is advisable to sell, wait drop back near 31 sen only buy. I do that previously. But now im not buying this counter anymore cos I find it too lousy
