The Board of the Company wishes to inform that further to the announcement made on 29 September 2015 on the winding up petition (Winding-up No. 28ncc-436-09/2015) received by Tashima Development Sdn Bhd (“TDSB”), a subsidiary of ECB, the winding-up petition, has been withdrawn by Kerajaan Malaysia (“Petitioner”) on 20 October 2015 at Shah Alam High Court as TDSB has reached a settlement with the Petitioner to settle the outstanding amount over 36 monthly instalments. The sealed copy of the Court Order for the said withdrawal was received by the Company on 11 December 2015.
