Mulpha is not ready to move yet. So forget about this counter for now. You can't talk UP the counter. Your best bet is that Mulpha Land continues its uptrend and Mulpha will follow behind.
So do yourself a favour and buy Mulpha Land - probably can make another 30%, if not, more.
Then use the profit to buy Mulpha and keep until it goes up.

This counter every time it looks like price is falling thru, it will bounce up.
It may be 35 ct or 45 ct short term. Hard to say, but for mid term 3 mths time, I think 45ct is a better bet

The operator is very good in controlling the price at 38-40 cts.
Purpose is to dispose or to accumulate?
With the klci and mulphaL ramping up, it does not make any sense to dispose unless there is disastrous news coming out. So i think the operator is accumulating.

Calvin, Those positive news you mentioned may be true.

But it is indeed strange that a company which made substantial profits does not give any dividends to shareholders.

Mulpha share price has been stagnated for a very long time while other property companies has performed very well in their share prices over the same period. This is indeed disturbing.

Minority shareholders are beginning to have doubts on the management of the company

Look at net asset

Mulpha has 600 acres land.

If valued at RM200 psf it works like this

1 acre = 43,500 sq ft

so 43,500 x 200 x 600 acres = RM5.22 Billions

So the debt is only 25% of Net Net Assets in Leisure Farm Alone

Say you buy a house for RM1 millions and you only borrow 25%

Do you think you have over borrowed?

Now Mulpha is not selling raw land

Mulpha sells 4,000 sq ft semi detached bungalow for RM2.8 millions each

That is RM700 psf


So 5.22 billion x 3.5 = RM18.27 Billions

This Is BUSINESS

Remember 2 things

1) Warren Buffet's Berkshire never give any dividend

2) Mulpha Boss Mr Lee bought 40 million mulpha shares at 46 cents. Warren likes to save on taxes by not declaring dividend. He also like Director who bought Company shares with own money.

And Warren Buffet also own Mulpha shares through Goldman Sachs. Goldman is top 10 shareholder of mulpha
