I & Johor Buddies Are Still Holding PM Corp & MUI Bhd.

But I have switched some to BJ Corp

My Long Term Target for PM Corp is RM1.50

And For BJ Corp is RM2.50

Many years back I bought UMW at RM2.40. Today it is a Blue Chip

Also Bought Perak Corp at 60 cents. Perak Corp later Shot Up to RM3.60

In Share Market All Things Are Possible

Quite possible, yesterday OSK Iskandar Top Boss told me that Dr Yu already bought 6% of Mui Bhd. He also accumulated lots of MUI Property shares. Since PM Corp is the prize jewel of MUI Group (MUI BHD Owns 70% of PM Corp) he will also be eyeing PM Corp.

It is net cash company. If really decided to sell all assets to others, NAV=0.50, I guess anything near RM0.40 good enough for our return.
