I have to agree .....coz private olacement @ 7.80 n market price coming to 9.00.
The difference is too great ....a whopping 15% from the top price!

Price of RM 7.80 is just an example given in the anouncement made by Scientex. It is not the agreed price with the 3rd party with regards to the private placement. It says it is based on the agreed weighted average price of Scientex 5 days preceding to the exercise date.

Buy at this level will not b a mistake coz longer term the co expansion into a bigger play in property can increase profit margins n diversification in the present business model.

Scientx is for long term investment , thus any short term in price gyrations will not deter supporters of Scientx to desert it . If u have invested in the formation years when it was 1.50 , now u see that it has graduated to more than RM 16+ after the bonus from 1 to 2. Given a short span of 10 years , it has transformed to a Blue Chip co from a RM 1+ co. In 10 yrs , it has grown 10 times. I am hoping another 10 yrs , may bring another 5-10 folds again. with the present set of management team at helm, I m pretty sure that their determination n dedication can bring more surprises in years to come.
