because Scientex, main material is related with oil prices ...higher oil prices , profit margin will be lower.....lower oil prices, profit margin will be higher...

so now with higher oil prices environment , going forward .....the profit will be bad....

why you all still chase Scientex , share price? why still say worth to buy ?

they manufacture film, film main raw material is from oil ..

used to own scientx. sold it to buy tguan which I thought was cheaper. Lesson learnt : dont let go of winners too soon

Property side has slower growth but high margin, translate into good ROC
Manufacturing side has lower margin but high growth (turnover), which result in decent ROC as well

scientx will issue new shares for this deal, eps will be diluted. Daibochi bought over with 1.60. i think both stocks will drop tmr.

When I raised the target price back in Jun to 9.00 when the stock is traded at 6.6x, some of naysayer (stockintalk) poked fun at me. Now they pay the price with their own big mouth.
