Bettyem, 谢谢你的分析。 业绩虽然不坏，但却不能反映在股价上。大股东看来不介意股价长期低迷，很难有作为。这类股需要很长久的耐心。哪怕有一天被低价私有化就不妙了。

Ancom’s 4QFY18 net profit doubled year-on-year its net profit to RM8.51 million in the fourth quarter ended May 31, from RM4.2 million in the corresponding quarter a year ago, driven by higher segmental profit from its agricultural and industrial chemicals, logistics, and information technology divisions.

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 8): A former top Tourism Malaysia official with a 'Datuk' title has been arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), according to news reports.

The individual, who is also a well-known businessman, is expected to be remanded tomorrow, The Star and Free Malaysia Today (FMT) reported.

Citing sources, The Star said the official was summoned by MACC yesterday to have his statement recorded. The individual was then arrested after several hours of questioning.

FMT wrote that the detention was made under Section 23 of the MACC Act 2009, which relates to using one's office for gratification. If found guilty, one can be jailed for up to 20 years and fined not less than five times the gratification or RM10,000 — whichever is higher.

It was reported in June last year that the MACC had visited Tourism Malaysia. Its chairman Datuk Dr Siew Ka Wei issued a statement on June 8 saying Tourism Malaysia had given full cooperation to the anti-graft commission.

The visit came after former Tourism Malaysia chairman Wee Choo Keong, in end-May, raised questions over a RM99 million deal between a local company and Tourism Malaysia, which Wee claimed was made speedily and against the Government's procurement regulations.

It was reported at that time that the contract involved the local company acting as a go-between for Tourism Malaysia and a China-based firm to promote Malaysia on social media platforms.

Ancom chairman Siew Ka Wei remanded over RM100m tourism contract

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 9): Ancom Bhd executive chairman and former Tourism Malaysia chairman Datuk Dr Siew Ka Wei was remanded for four days over a RM100 million tourism contract awarded before Malaysia's 14th general election, The Malaysian Insight reported today.

The Malaysian Insight reported that Siew was remanded with the chief of a private firm Elizabeth Ken Tze Ying.

"Magistrate Irza Zulaika Rohanuddin ordered their remand until Jan 12," The Malaysian Insight reported.

Meanwhile, Bernama reported, without revealing names, that a former chairman of a government agency with the title "Datuk" is in remand for four days beginning today for alleged power abuse involving a government contract worth more than RM99 million.

It was reported that a woman, who is a chief executive officer of a private company, is also in remand for the same case.

"The remand order against the two individuals was issued by Magistrate Irza Zulaika Rohanuddin.

"According to an MACC source, the former chairman was believed to have abused his position by recommending a company through direct appointment to carry out a digital promotion campaign project totalling more than RM99 million using the agency's fund," said Bernama.
