If your trading account is nominee acc, then the broker will the do the conversion for you, else just call up the office (Tricor, 03-2264 8888) they will email the form to u,

The directors are :-

1) selling mother shares (selling price $2.3+ and above)
2) exercise ESOS (@ $2.25)
3) exercise warrant conversion (@$2.18)

Keep an eye on this share especially the main share holder sold 2%+ to some strategy investor at RM2.29 (present price of RM2.34 is just 2%+) ! I believe the coming q result will be quite impressive. If good result announces soon, the price will touch RM2.60+

Next qtr profit should be more than RM30M, hence eps is about 4.8sen or maybe can reach 5sen easily.
quite safe to buy for this counter now or buy their warrant.

Good thing was Unisem purchased most of their equipment for expansion or venture to new tech facilities when ringgit was around 3.0~3.3 for 1 usd. So, I believe by end of this year, it will be debt free.
