@Minghong, I have calculated. Below are the Big kakis who still holding Wa currently.

1. MR JOHN CHIA SIN TET 16,352,628
2. YEN WOON @ LOW SAU CHEE 13,205,450
3. JAYVEST HOLDINGS SDN BHD 3,750,000
4. THE ESTATE OF SOO YUT KUAN 3,750,000
5. MR SUNDRA MOORTHI 3,058,350
= 40,118,378

Total Warrant (after deduct exercised) ~~ 100mil
Balance in market = 59mil

What is your opinion?? I still think they will goreng up for money to convert the balance warrant.

@the rock bro sure ? that day i calculated is still have balance of 100mil WA not yet convert. i reads all additional listing announcement and calculate. only 30mil + WA converted. if only 59 mil left they can jus easily goreng up.

On 24th 3 of them converted 3X15.7mil warrant to mother.
thats y i said left 100mil warrant in the market based on the calculation on every announcement.

I will hold til friday. If come to worst, i will sell 75% and convert the remaining to mother.
Unisem will benefited from strong USD. Mother should worth RM3 juz matter of time.

As I said before most of the bosses will sell mother share, and take the cash for their warrant conversion or ESOS option (or both) !! So most likely the price of the mother share will hang around in this region until warrant trading is suspended.

Just my personal opinion only, I might be wrong.

major share holder sell in this type of quantity just ignore it .. nothing to worry about and they may sell mother buy warrant n is free lunch to them like wat 逍遥子 say ...

This is what the rough estimation I expect from the coming Qtr results

Expected revenue : $280 mils x 112.5% = $315 mils (as per John Chia in one of the interview he stated that 2nd qtr foresee 10-15% increase in revenue compare to 1st qtr).

Net profit : $315 mils x 8.4% (net profit margin) x 1.06% (average USD rate increase from the 2nd qtr) = $28 mils (as per stated on one of the analysis report the effect of USD rate % is 1:1)

Estimate EPS : around 4 cents

This is just a rough estimation, I might be wrong.
