ok. ady announced last date to trade is 6/8/15. so now the game is whether they wan let it die or goreng it up then dispose. if let it die later will have heavy disposal appear.

@sunshine: so the extension is not possible anymore. as i know john chia has converted 50% of his holding that day using money from private placement of 15,000,000*2.29=34.35million, which enuf to convert 50% of his holding (he is roughly holding 10% of total WA)

sorry a bit wrong should be 15% holding as i saw from annual report. 152mil*15% = 22.8mil, 34.35 mil proceed means 15 mil has been converted which is 70% of his holding.

from all announcement onlu 30 mil has been converted, so where are the balance of 120 million WA holder? today announcemnt out still holding and not panic at all. Q only have about 4 mill, so the rest 100 mil not panic at all? so we all know who is holding and why still not dispose. hope im not wrong

Yes, I only holding Wa. I just hope for another round of 100% return. Finger crossed!
I think these few day those mother share holder will cash out to convert warrant.
It is really 50:50 whether it will goreng or juz let it die.
But i still have strong believe that it will goreng up on 31st July!!!

Today john chia sold another 550,000 share in open market with avg price 2.4.
he will continue sell his unisem share to cash out, else the balance of unconverted warrant will be dump into open market... D.I.E

The price may slightly impacted by Apple can't make the expected sale. But this shoul compensated by good performance of Xiaomi and Huawei which is also Unisem customers. In fact, Unisem should deliver better result compare previous q! So, price drop may provide good opportunity to accumulate. Let see how it will performance within these few days.

I assume people are greedy, they already cash out to convert warrant means they believe Unisem future value is more than now, else they wont purposely sell their own share for cash.
Maybe they will push down the warrant price to collect more before pushing up the price after qtr report released??? Sound logical right?? but all just assumption only..haha

Anyway, RM2.29 is the strong support.

@the rock do u see the biggest question mark here? 100mil WA not yet convert, not yet dispose (i assume, if dispose the volume gonna very big), then why keep it do nothing? for the mother as well. why keep press down and up.
