Expected lah....... Sell mother share & convert warrants !!!

Those directors got their warrant free and now the conversion price only $2.18, instead of selling the warrant cheap cheap @ $0.16/$0.17 might as well convert it. Sell mother share @ $2.4 & convert the warrant @ $2.18 then the price diff is $0.22 !!

bro u are right, but question is are they afford to come out so huge money to convert? if yes then why until now still holding them? convert take two weeks.

if not afford then should dispoed early, but why still holding?

if dun wan goreng they should know it and dispose early when 0.33-0.34
so until now still hold it is likely to goreng before expire.

There are total 168+ mils of warrants !! Let say for example a directors own 5%, then it would be 8.4 mils, not so easy to dispose on the open market. I m sure that they sold some of their warrant during the price $0.30+ !

And with the way they exercise their ESOS (exercise price @ $2.25) & warrant you know that the directors are confident with the company existing business !! However you need a lot of cash to exercise ESOS & warrant conversion so they have to sell off some mother shares to get the cash.

the warrant expiry date is 24/8/2015, some of the memebers here said will be suspended 2 to 3 weeks before reach the expiry date, which is around 3/8/2015. Do you know about this?

Regarding the Quarter report, I personally think will issue before august due to previous practice.

warrant normally will be suspended 2 weeks before the expire date, and then your broker will call u up to inform u about the conversion if u are warrant holder.

Whereas for Qtr results announcement date, according to the rule is within 2 months after the closed date, in this case the last day will be 31/8/2015. so it is up to the management to decide when they want to announce it. Previous practice just a reference and cannot use as fix date.

expiry should be 7 aug, if not mistake but by right should aldy announced the last date for trading of wa , for what i seen from other cases, it should announced 2 weeks before the last date for trading. a bit suspicious here...whether possibility of extension or directors dun wan make public panic so defer the announcement
