if all the warrant being convert into mother share it is not necessary it will dilute the earning per share..... because of the excercise price it could be anti dilutive..... but bear in mind with this excercise company will collect 367 mil ....

my source info. mother will back to 2.50 to attract conversion...from last week.. big player pushing hard to make the wa low come with major shares holder dispose mother to cash out for conversion...all this expecting to end this week...and buy back can be seen today...sadly to say that WA hardly to go above 0.15 lioa...as early this week bad panic sell down....i am expecting WA will settle down ~0.12~0.14.....hopefully i am right...

For the warrants conversion, the company will collect $367 mils in cash, so in earning there is a dilution but in return company will boost up by 360+ mils in cash. So personally I don't think there will be much affect on share price.

dear abcd...the conversion will not dilute the shares prices....cash received will help to boost up earning...cut borrowing..etc....infact..if wa fully converted...this is positive sign toward the company ...the $$ collected free of interest mah......

HLB trimmed TP down from 2.80 to 2.48. From buy to hold. Unisem commented that it's earnings for the year is expected to be satisfactory. Could be a sign that demand is in fact softening. Most of the good news have been priced in. I'm cautiously optimistic on this counter.
