I saw their proposal for Tourism city in melaka and it is very attractive, but one word to say about its bungalow 480 lots. Do you think can sell ah? I have seen many of these bungalow lots stand a lone has become a jungle. A combination of Bungalow with commercial town ship is not workable. Selling bungalow land need to pump in money first to built the infrastructure before people will buy and most of the bungalow land skim project like this will end up with improper completion of infrastructure due to low demand.

May be, their need to think of building something instead of this.

Further more, they said the whole project would take 5 years to complete. When i see this i wanted to laugh. My friend's relative bought a unit M101 bukit bintang and this small project has been taking 5 years to build but it seemed to be no progress at all now, on half way completion. Heard that this project has been changed a few contractors. Contractors all cabut already..i heard.
