With the asset of RM1.30 and the prospect from Iskandar project to boost sales. I think present new management will become more generous after a period of time. Present dividend payout may just a faulty sign. So, it is a good bet with present price and hopefully can get at least 10% by end of this year Or earlier.
Revenue and profit trending up consistently.....cash company, nothing to fear. Dividend yield is low but this is only temporary. Sales to Singapore will increase if sgd strengthens against myr. Can buy at 1 ringgit, sell at 1.30
aaron tan newly appointed as wah seong director. obviously, he will be one of the third generation to be grooom in tan family business. expecting more tie up ahead between igb/wah seong with yilai. patience needed.
I doubt the fresh young chap can match the level of the former boss (Mr Lim?), who rewards the shareholders with one of the highest dividend yields in market. Let's see how the new chap can match up to White Horse and other China competitors...

4) As YILAI IS CASH RICH (RM48 MILLIONS IN CASH) & DEBT FREE Expect Yilai to give a dividend higher than Bank FD.

a) Mammoth High Rise Condos about to be completed in years 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 in Iskandar will need Lots of Tiles.

c) Penagerang's Rm170 Billions will even need more massive supply of affordable tiles. ANOTHER POWERFUL BOOSTER FOR YILAI.
d) Yilai already captured 10% of tiles sales to Spore HDB. And HDB just proposed another 11,000 New HDB Flats for Spore
e) With the torrents of sales coming up for Yilai expect Yilai to move up to its NTA of Rm1.30 (Ajiya already crossed its NTA of Rm3.80!)
