Lew_KongKong and CheeBaiTat you buy RM 2.04 stock but get 4.5sen dividend. I can buy half price stock(UEM S for eg) yet dividend similar see whose pocket suffer? VS is different because revenue and profit increase. Plenitude is property stock so must compare with other property stocks. Latest QR show Plenitude revenue drop due to property sales drop.
