@ hardrock, the shares seem to be illiquid - it seems it is the retailers selling to one another. I am wondering whether the funds are interested in collecting this counter?
Be patient. The market sentiment is still weak for Malaysia. This stock price have reaches the bottom on 16th and 17th Dec. We could see the price is slowly improving in the coming time.
If this company collapse not sure how many companies will still left in Bursa Malaysia.
I'm one of the very minor shareholder. Invest33, you need to deduct 0.60 cash/share from the 1.62 cash/share for the purchase of Gurney Resort Hotel. I'm not sure how much income / loss that this Gurney Resort Hotel will bring to Plenitude. I anticipate RM 0.03 EPS contribution from Gurney. If Gurney is not making a loss, I'm pretty confident that the share price will grow at RM 0.30 per year in the next 3 years to reach at least RM 3 in 2018.
just asking, why the price for Plenitude must reach RM2.50? Is it to avoid arbitrage profit taking? Like if PLenitude does not reach RM2.50, then, buying Nomad will be a cheaper backdoor access to Plenitude?
"In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Plenitude proposed to take over Nomad for RM1.25 per share or RM278.84mil via the issuance of 111.55million new Plenitude shares of RM2.50 each".
why do plenitude board value its own share at 2.50 to be exchange with 2 nomad shares at 1.25 where its nta without revaluation is already 3++. this type of deal only make one suspect theis is another hanky-panky deal. any comment is welcome
I am a little taken aback by this move by Plenitude. it is big. And I thought this company was a play safe. Can I influence those with more knowledge and skill to share analysis and comments. Perhaps kcchongnz could contribute. Thank you
