For Malaysia the Ecrl and Bandar Malaysia project will need iron ore for steel

It will need lots of choking coal for the manufacture of cement

Bulk carriers carry dry goods like iron ore, soya beans, choking coal and sugar and grains will do very well

Naim at 50 sen
Lafarge at Rm2.20

See if it can break Rm1.00 by Nov 2019

If delayed then it should cross Rm1.00 convincingly by Feb 2020 to reach Rm1.30 enough. But by then when Mr Market goes Gaga they might case maybulk higher and higher

Just like I bought Carimin at 39 sen
And told people to take profit in carimin after it crossed 80 sen
But many still go a-chasing carimin now

Just glance thru maybulk. Last 5 years ....losing money. Initially no interest but then take a deeper look. Think not that bad leh. Maybulk profitability depends on the BDI rate. It is similar to O&G where very much depending on the brent oil and they have a breakeven point. Just like if brent stays above $60, most O&G will report good results. For the past 5 years, the average BDI was below 1200. I think maybulk need at least 1500 to break even. With BDI now above 2400, I think maybulk will report good profit. Rough calculation, with the current BDI price, i think maybulk will report an eps of 2 to 2,5c. So annually it will be eps 8 to 10c. with PE 10, 0.80 to RM1???? Any taker? ...heheh....i taken small position la. Need to go thru the annual report 1st as I notice there is 1 huge impairment in 2018. They are cleaning up the business and account......which is a good thing.

Looking at the chart, it is super bullish. Broken the short term, midterm and long term lines. 1st resistance at 0.695. If can break 0.7 convincingly.....then will further uptrend. Next QR will be end of Nov which will cover Jul, Aug & Sept which is also the biggest jump in BDI. I think average is above 2000. Last QR which is Apr, May and June, the BDI is on average 1000 only. So now it is x2? It is as if someone offer you 2x the salary to you for doing the same old thing or sailing on the same route?? Got such a job to intro to me ah???

Looking back Maybulk at 68 sen is cheap when Maybulk rises to the price of Dayang

Last time only Calvin shout about carimin at 38 sen and dayang at 68 sen

Now that both carimin and dayang are out many sifu and experts are shouting at high high prices

Only Calvin Tan Research shout when prices were low

So?

According to Peter Lynch there are 6 classes of stocks

1. Slow growers
2. Fast growers
3. Stalwarts
4. Cyclical
5. Turnaround
6. Asset plays

NO. 4, 5 and 6 are unusual types of stocks 3iii has neither experience nor knowledge at all

All these are meant to be bought when prices are low

AND to sell when prices are up like a ferris wheel

There are thematic theme plays like

Gst theme when Myeg was up

Furniture theme play when ringgit crashed against USD... Lihen, Pohuat, latitude and homeriz had their run

Steel like masteel, ssteel, lionind had their run

OGSE like Dayang, carimin, penergy and Uzma have their turn now. 3iii missed all these

AND now baltic dry index up will be theme play for maybulk.

All who know cyclical will buy into Maybulk and prosper. All who don't understand will miss and still scratching their heads after we have made 100% to 200%

Non cyclical like consumer food, utility and stalwarts are stable but unexciting

For that dlady only give a miserable 3 plus % dividend which is actually gruesome

See how Calvin buy calls on carimin, naim and Lafarge each made 100% to 200% in their upcycle

So is Uzma at 62 sen when Calvin issued buy calls

Now maybulk buy call at 64 sen has already showed almost 10% gain in a day.

One day gain equals to 3 years dividend from dlady

Dlady is indeed gruesome
