Second Income Distribution of 2.23 sen per unit (of which 1.89 sen per unit is taxable and 0.34 sen per unit is non-taxable) for the second quarter ended 31 December 2013

But payment we get 2.041( 1.89 sen deduct 10% + 0.34 non-taxable = 2.041)
why taxable only deduct 10% ? not 25% ? anything i miss out recently? anyone can help?

REITs' div tax is only 10%, Subsidized by gov Until 2015 i guess, and will likely b extended again as tis happened few times b4 edi...unless gov face Severe financial crisis like greece...

volume started increasing and this indicates people are showing interest in this stocks. Great piece of share however ppl were overacted when the bad news hit. Until recent when REITS started announcing their positive earnings, people started recognized that they were wrong..
Hopefully it hits 1.30 and started bouncing back... This bullet is preparing and ready to unleash!
