Based on my analysis, it's a current secondary downtrend perhaps looking at budget coming out later today. If anything, I think it's a good buy at anywhere around 1.31 - 1.33 with average TP (from the other analysts) at 1.53 so that's 15% return on top of your 5-6% div.

Like hikeyila says, REITs are buy and hold strategy or FD strategy, you can't be trading it and looking for annual div yield at the same time.

Bajet 2014 our dividend will not affect.
Property companies do not pay a single sen of addition tax, only speculators do..
Market noise may want people to sell cheap.
