I agree with Yi Heng on that you need to have a reason why you buy in at 8.50 in the first place. If you are investing, you may hold as long as your reason of buying is still relevant. Rather than listening to others, it is better if you do your homework and choose what to do with the current shares.

nope. that why i say i waiting chance to in if price drop to 8-7.8. if prices goes up,then i find another counter. if i buy around that prices, but prices still drop, i will average down like i said. by the way, sorry to say that, i hope this counter can drop more abit haha

its oversold la... PE14, its a nice PE, and the price is slightly under price to me. I will not wait for it to drop to Yi Heng level to accumulate, but if it does, i will be more than happier to collect more too!

Pchem does look interesting. Main revenue (70%) is from Olefins and Derivatives segment but in the last QR, it was reported as below. Maybe that the reason EPF disposing some. Will consider buying some after the release of the upcoming QR.

"The Group anticipates that the Olefins and Derivatives segment to soften in the coming quarter. This is in viewof ample supply from the Middle East and North-East Asia whilst slowing down of demand following regional planned turnarounds" (pg.15)

I dont think EPF need to sell anything to pay us DIviden, as the dividen is just a digital numbers, unless there is many people who waiting for withdraw their EPF money.

sometime we rather to see Insider ( CEO and Chairman Acquire & Sell) rather than see what EPF and any others's action.
