Keyman188 preview current share price fair but not cheap (fair because consistent dividend payout to cover partial intrinsic value)...
You know why not cheap ???....Let Keyman188 give you some idea...
1) Based on latest financial result @ 30/09/20 (Q1'21) - Book value only RM 3.69, so the current share price against the book value is 1.72 times already exceeded financial sector average by 1.2 time
2) Despite book value gradually increased from RM 2.90 (2016) ~ RM 3.50 (2020), so the CAGR for the past 5 years was around 4.81%. If based on CAGR 4.81% to forecast next 5 years expected book value, shall be RM 4.43
3) Let see the intrinsic value, Keyman188 more prefer using every 5 years to forecast what is the upcoming value. If based on the CAGR 4.81%, average dividend payout for the past 5 years, so the intrinsic value shall be around RM 4.64 per share
## No matter using CAGR to forecast upcoming NTA (book value) or intrinsic value, the more safety margin to invest around the range of RM 4.43 ~ RM 4.64

lol, with some use less top management in some of the subsidiaries I prefer to stay away for now
I wonder how much profit the asset management and securities would bring in this year, most asset management companies are registering 100% increase in sales.
Using NTA to measure value of finacial services company is a great approach though i disagree totally. Kenanga has NTA 1.37, why is the price staying around 91 sen? Insas has NTA 2.73 and yet the price is also around 91 sen.
The main determinant is QLC. When timing is right, QLC will move this counter to shock all of us. Just be patient if u want to money from this counter. Switch counter if cant wait!
Kenanga has shot up higher than NTA, but insas remain well below nta. That someone who can move HLC still inactive despite good performance reported by Bursa.

Keyman188 always like to repeat & repeat again to the market......
This counter not suitable for those fast money players...
This counter is for storage purpose...is for "Orang Tua" keep it for the next 10 years or 20 years or 30 years...
Perhaps need to keep it for next generation asset......
Don't expect fast jump up like other fancy counters...
Definition :-(Long Term)
"A long-term investment is an account on the asset side of a company's balance sheet that represents the company's investments, including stocks, bonds, real estate, and cash. Long-term investments are assets that a company intends to hold for more than a year"
"Depending on the type of security, a long-term asset can be held for as little as one year or for as long as 30 years or more. Generally speaking, long-term investing for individuals is often thought to be in the range of at least seven to ten years of holding time, although there is no absolute rule"
the company has made half yearly profit amounting to RM91.75 Million,I consider the selling price below RM6.00 is a very attractive buying price. Yearly dividend is about 20 To 23 cts be declared sometime in August every year. this year is not exceptional or may be higher, I suppose.
3rd Quarter report is out today, nine-month profit is 132 million, increase 128.67 %. It is a very profitable company , don't miss the boat, before people buy, you should buy first,, the selling price is still cheap. The highest selling price in 2015 was more than RM14.00. About 97% of the shares is controlled by 30 largest shareholders.

Low trading volume. Very hard to play. Hopefully can go down to below $6 then see how.
