For your info. this comp. heavy in debt with total liabilities of abt 4 Billion (current liability abt 1.6B). With the unbilled properties of abt 3B and with the current properties glut, I think it is not wise to buy property counter.

The reason the counter cannot move is because Danny played out his private placement partners and his own staff esos. The gearing was at 0.77 while he held lands bought from 2010 with high appreciation but refuse to sell to par down until 2014 even then he sold limited.

this counter dont play la...eventhough it is undervalue, but bad management..the shark is vincent tan brother..they will press down price, so they can accumulate at low price..long term they didnt lose anything, they still control whole company, all the cash/asset of the company still under their control..low share price is good to them, they can privatize with low price and enjoy all of the company assets..

Agree with Tsuto, if I'm the director of the company I will most probably be the same way....kekeke..if one can hold for long term, I think will make some profit from it....maybe at a point high on the graph where you think the profit is justifiable...eg RM2+ @ June 2013..maybe somewhere in June in 2016 it will hit RM2+ again? Who knows? There you can cash out your money and enjoy some profit...(btwn, the price is only 90cents now...considering it's NAPS and ROE, it's quite low....) This is solely just my thought....doesn't mean to offend anyone :)

Somehow the investment community valued EcoWorld so much more than Tropicana though Tropicana has been consistently delivering much higher net profits over the last 3 years and has much superb land bank in superb locations. Its gearing is also dropping while EcoWorld's is increasing......

Sigh.....very few investors seem to have trust in Tropicana principals..????
