If they do its alreadi more expensive than non dips....not advisable as selling price will b determine by psf in area of location while dips buyer may pay up to 20% higher. Not forgetting the loan is under ur name and developer only takes on interest during construction of the aforesaid property......after which is back to you but in actual fact u paid above market price.....note Aldo if developer runs.....loan is still urs and yet u paid above market.....but of course tropicana is safe...won't run

it is not for me....i never take DIBS. I just got some impression that if the property on DIBS package...they are trying hard to get a buyer.....those hot cake launches....the developer won't bother to consider DIBS

nightshade, most projects in iskdandar are offering DIBS and they are selling like hot cakes even have to go through ballot. It is just a way for speculators to have multiple buy and flip their units. The measure was latecomer but it is still better to stop it now than never

any property and any property counter is toxic now considering the measures taken by the government. kindly note that these were similiar moves taken in singapore six months ago and the singapore property market went down alot and is still going down alot..

STOCKS will benefit as the measures will ensure those cash rich investors holding 1 or 2 or more million in cash to invest go into the stock markets. but i dont see property counters the beneficiary of those funds...
