Bought some warrants recently. Expiring 2019. Exercise price RM1.00. I think can potentially go to RM1.00 over next three years. 100% return over three years is not bad

@icon888: you are right. Refer to the past announcement made by the director, they aim to be a company which has a market cap of 3.0 billion. This gives a hint that the stock price will climb to 2.80.

actually the Sunway's sales & marketing team is not the same like other property sales & marketing team... they are one of the best in the town....shouldn't use them as a gauge for overall market response, they have strong niche, they are able to bring in anchor tenants that other developers sales & marketing team can't...

Check with ur banker frens on loans taken.....the players are out.......below 75% loans.....

Pls don't take amateur like Fairjimmy who happen to notice a development has stopped and starts making assumption that there is a bubble abt to burst....get the right structure of info....ie fr developer sales, to bank loans and bank endorsement....

Except for a few in KV, many shopping centres will be suffering in terms of occupancy, rentals and yield as the retail space in KV is highly overbuilt and over supply.

Most of psf is 750 now.....unless KL city centre.....can go 1100psf.......check out Arte project

Don't underestimate Trop's ability in selling property. They do grand launching, invite artist perform, makan-makan buffet & serve some good beer with those affluent individuals attending the party. In the end all will sign up with Trop.

FYI, there are a lot rich peoples in Klang Valley. You just can't imagine how rich they are. Grabbing property everywhere like no tomorrow. Remember one important concept: The Rich will become richer.
