Guys, just in case you are curious, an article was written to state that LKY daughter (Diane Lee) and her husband were involved with John Soh's share manipulating activities in Sgp. The two were shareholders of Asiasons and Bluemont companies that were John Soh's target of share manipulation activities in Sgp. So you guys get the idea now....

CHHB is not even making money... Every qtr also making losses. You guys go take a look around their project development.... Even the so called Palace of Golden Horses la, dunno what horse currency la, health city la, but in the end got any profit? Tarakkk lo.... Why still wanna buy this counter?? But itu Lee Kim Yew banyak wang lo... Ari tu dengar cita RM120 juta dia ada dalam FD bank dia... So fikirkan btol2 ya

Dear CHHB bosses, if you are reading this, have you actually gone down to the field (turun padang) to actually view your own project developments? The so called "College Heights"? Or have you guys forgotten that this building actually exists? Have you actually gone to check out Palace of Golden horses' facilities and rooms? Have you checked the Mines area where you have built commercial squares and buildings? Do you think they are fully tenanted or at least half-tenanted? And now u wanna build a wellness centre la, auto city la.... Adeeesssss

Gap up? LOL!! Did you even know what the PE ratio is for this company? Mind you it is just a property developer. Compare that PE against all other well known property developers' PE in the industry and try to justify it. Also it is a loss making company. So do you think it should gap up?
