@Good123 jgn percaya syarikat jenis camni. Syarikat pemaju ni menjual hartanah kawasan College Heights mengatakan kawasan tersebut akan menjadi perumahan terunggul dan teratas. Tapi dah lebih 20 tahun jadinya, college heights tu macam mana skrg? Lihat bagai kawasan terbiar dan kawasan perumahan sana (Pajam) pun rasa seperti sama 20 tahun lalu, macam terbiar je.

That is very unlikely due to one big problem. LKY sold his shares Big Time causing the share price to decline by so much. The share drop is not caused by retailers dumping the stock. If he is going to privatize to take advantage of the huge drop, then of course this scenario is what we call "Market Manipulation" by the largest shareholder. He will be condemned over it. So it is highly unlikely.
