Another Asiasons co-founder is Jared Lim. His wife, Dian Lee — daughter of Malaysian property tycoon Lee Kim Yew, who founded Malaysia-listed Country Heights Holdings — is linked to Clearwater Developments, which owns a 7-per-cent stake in Blumont.

According to Reuters, the Singapore central bank said it is now working with white collar crime police unit the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) on possible breaches of the Securities and Futures Act related to trading in those three stocks.

Present asset ( many are not rated yet from previous purchased price) of CHHB at RM2.8+ is getting interest to me. But 1 thing for sure, to harvest this share need a lot of patience and may hard to enjoy the fruit even within this 1~2 years. Hmmm. may buy few lots and put into a cold storage just likes buy a land/shop ( good thing is very little capital) buy a few years to harvest the fruit.

Tan Sri Lee Kim Lee move to revalue Country Height Properties & Lands is a Right Move. I bought and made some nice profit from CHHB years back.

Bursa should make it mandatory for All Listed Companies to Revalue All Assets Every Year or Once in 3 Years. This will

1) Give A True Picture of NTA.
2) Prevent Major Share Holders In Taking Company Private Cheaply to the disadvantage of minority share holders.
3) Make investing more transparent to all.

One more thing. Mulpha has valuable assets in Iskandar like Country Heights in Kajang.
I bought Country Heights once at 75 cts. Price has doubled now. Mulpha is still a laggard.

this beauty seems to be sleeping for now. PE of 11.4, which will be much lower when comes the quarter report, should see a major improvement QoQ. NTA of 2.9. Seems like an undervalued stocks waiting to be discovered, waiting for volume. GOGOGOGO!
